- Contact details you give us — your name, email address and the message you send through our contact form.
- Booking details — the program you choose and the date and time you select for your session.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our payment provider (see below). We never see or store your full card details.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiries and provide your coaching sessions.
- To send booking confirmations, calendar invites and the details you need to attend your session.
- To process payments and issue receipts.
Payments
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Your card details are provided directly to them and are subject to Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy.
We send confirmation and booking emails from a Google (Gmail) account. Your email address is used only to communicate with you about your enquiry or booking — we don't sell it or share it for marketing.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email thecrewacademyy@gmail.com and we'll help.
Cookies
This site uses only the essential cookies needed for it to work. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
