Information we collect

• Contact details you give us — your name, email address and the message you send through our contact form.
• Booking details — the program you request, your preferred date, target airline, and the name, email and optional phone number you provide so we can confirm your spot.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiries and provide your coaching sessions.
• To confirm your spot, arrange payment and send you the details you need to attend your session(s).

Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. If you prefer, you can instead request to pay by bank transfer, arranged directly with you by email.

Email

We send confirmation and booking emails from a Google (Gmail) account. Your email address is used only to communicate with you about your enquiry or booking — we don't sell it or share it for marketing.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email thecrewacademyy@gmail.com and we'll help.
