Terms & Booking Policy

These terms apply when you book and pay for a coaching session with The Crew Academy. By completing a booking you agree to them. Questions? Email thecrewacademyy@gmail.com.

Our services

We provide cabin crew interview coaching, CV/application reviews and related preparation. Coaching is guidance and practice to help you prepare — it is not a guarantee of an interview, a job offer or employment with any airline.

Booking & payment

• You choose a session time, then pay securely through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds.
• Prices are shown on the Programs section and charged in the currency listed at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added by the provider.
• After payment you'll receive a confirmation email and a calendar invite. The meeting link is sent before your session.

Rescheduling

Need a different time? You may reschedule once, free of charge, if you give at least 24 hours' notice before your session. Email thecrewacademyy@gmail.com and we'll find a new slot.

Refunds & cancellations

• Cancel 48+ hours before your session for a full refund.
• Cancel within 48 hours of your session: we offer a one-time reschedule instead of a refund.
• No-show (missing your session without notice): the session is treated as delivered and is non-refundable.

Approved refunds are returned through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.

Your responsibilities

Please join on time, with a stable internet connection and any materials agreed in advance (for example, your CV). Sessions start and end at the scheduled time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, unless your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
